Maynard James Keenan bediente sich dieses Namens erstmals, als er 1995 in einer Episode der amerikanischen TV-Serie „Mr. Show“ zu sehen war, 2007 wurde die gleichnamige Electro-Rock-Band gegründet, die er heute mit seinen Mitstreitern Mat Mitchell (Gitarre, Produktion) und Carina Round (Gesang, Songwriting) betreibt.

„Existential Reckoning“ is the name of the fourth record of the musical project of Maynard James Keenan, who is known as a member of the rock bands Tool and A Perfect Circle. The last album „Money Shot“ was released in 2015.

The band has recorded a total of twelve songs for „Existential Reckoning“. With „Apocalyptical“ and „The Underwhelming“ there were already two listening impressions.
